Taste Description:
This season’s rosé sparkling wine has a beautiful salmon pink. The pinot noir used to make the wine brings the aromas of cherry, raspberry, strawberry, and other red fruits. The crisp bubbles give an initial freshness in the mouth. The smooth and flavorful tastes of pinot noir then slowly emerge, with a rounded red fruit fragrance as the aftertaste.
This is a non-sweet tasting brut sparkling wine, and is perfect to serve as aperitif, main course pairing, to dessert pairing.
