Introducing the new collection
Rive Gauche
At the outdoor seating of a café,
A poet tasted the wine and the cheese,
The elegant flavors in the mouth sparked an inspiration,
A masterpiece was born at this café on the Rive Gauche.
As I read this poem,
While sipping the wine,
I am immersed in the same air as the poet when the masterpiece was created.
Strolling down along the Seine,
Oh, so charismatic!

Vines over 30 years old harvest less grapes, and therefore, the grapes have more concentrated flavors, and tend to offer more delicate and complicated tastes.

The signature cherry fragrance mixed with a hint of leather scent is what elevated the wine to a new level of elegance. The flavors remind one of a burgundy-colored handbag, elegant and sophisticated. The tannins from the old vines are smooth, doesn’t give a harsh aftertaste. This mid-bodied pinot noir gives complex layers of flavors, and is one not to miss.
Dishes with mushrooms such as risotto are highly recommended to pair with this pinot noir, particularly the earthy taste of oak and leather can compliment flavors from mushrooms.
